Niedner's TIDALWAVE/SUPPLYLINE are unique lightweight LDH, capable of significant water flow at higher pressures. They are polyester, double-jacket, 300 psig (2100 kPa) service test pressure hoses, rated for supply, relay and attack. Lined with TPU elastomer for flexibility, light-weight and compactness. They occupy less space and have higher service pressure rating than conventional rubber covered LDH. Plus, the ENCAP treated outer jacket improves durability, reduces water absorption up to 40 percent, enhances chemical resistance and adds color options. Another advantage of TPU lined, polyester hose, beside being lightweight, has better cold weather characteristics. TPU hose will remain flexible in temperatures down to -60F (-51C). A polyester jacketed hose has much greater abrasion resistance and requires minimal maintenance after use. The lightweight and lower drag resistance of a polyester jacketed hose makes it easier to load and unload as well. Niedner's TIDALWAVE/SUPPLYLINE is available in 4.0", 5.0" and 6.0" diameters.
